  • Quinoa 1 cup – Cook with salt, chili garlic paste to taste
  • Black lentils 1 cup – Cook according to package directions
  • Roasted sweet potatoes 1 Diced
  • Roasted Red onions 1 sliced
  • Roasted beetroots 1 Diced
  • Cashews
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Roasted channa dhal hummus


  • Quinoa and Lentils: Cook quinoa and black lentils separately according to package instructions. Set them aside.

  • Cashew, Mint and Roasted dhal hummus: Blend 8 cashews, 1 cup raw mint leaves and ΒΌ cup roasted channa dhal with half tsp lime juice and salt to taste.
