2 tomatoes (diced)
1 sweet onion (diced)
1 lemon (juiced)
3 whole wheat tortillas (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Tamarind-date chutney (to taste)
Cilantro-mint chutney (to taste)
Chaat masala (to taste)
